We offer custom-branded apparel and a variety of other items. Some of our products are shipped directly from Canada, while others may be shipped from China. Product availability, prices, and shipping times may vary. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping Locations: We ship products within Canada and to select international locations.

• Shipping Times: Products shipped from Canada typically arrive within 5-10 business days. Products shipped from China may take 7-12 business days to arrive. Please note that customs and processing delays may affect delivery times, which are beyond our control.

• Customs and Import Duties: For products shipped from China, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are not covered by us. You are responsible for any additional charges that may arise.

4. Order and Payment Terms

• Order Processing: Orders are processed after full payment is received. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on the website.

• Pricing: All prices on the website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

• Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds: At this time, all sales are final, and Cult West Inc. does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. Cult West Inc. also makes no warranties regarding the performance of products. Cult West Inc. further makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the contents, materials, products, or services included on or through this website. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Returns: At this time, all product sales are final. We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached. Apparel cannot be returned unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at support@cultwest.ca with details of the product and the defect (including pictures). We will contact you via e-mail, within 5 business days to resolve the issue.

All content on this website, including logos, product designs, images, and text, is the property of Cult West Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.
